No-Knead Everyday Skillet Bread

In a large bowl, mix the warm water with sugar and yeast. Let it rest for 5–10 minutes until bubbly.

Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Mix until a sticky dough forms. No kneading needed.

Cover the bowl and let the dough rise for about 45–60 minutes until doubled in size.

Grease a skillet or round pan with olive oil. Pour the dough into the pan and smooth the top with a spatula.

Let it rise again for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden on top and baked through.

Remove from the oven and cool slightly before slicing.
