Lazy Lavash Pie in 5 Minutes!

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella, curd (or cottage cheese), eggs, and milk.

Season with salt and ground black pepper to taste. Mix everything well until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Layer the Lavash:

Take a baking dish and place one sheet of lavash on the bottom.

Pour half of the filling mixture over the lavash, spreading it evenly.

Assemble the Pie:

Place the second sheet of lavash on top of the filling.

Pour the remaining filling over the second layer of lavash, ensuring the entire surface is covered.

Bake the Pie:

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

Bake the pie for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the filling is set.

Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
