Healthy 5-Minute Oat and Banana Cake (No Flour, No Sugar!)

Mash the bananas in a bowl until smooth.

In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, then add the milk, salt, vanilla, and baking powder.

Combine the Oats and Bananas:

Add the mashed bananas to the egg mixture.

Stir in the oats and mix until well combined.

Cook the Cake:

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease with a bit of oil or butter.

Pour the batter into the pan and cook for about 3-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and firm.

Serve:
