Step 1: Season & Cook the Chicken

Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness.

Season both sides of the chicken with the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.

Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear the chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until blackened and cooked through.

Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes, then slice into strips.

Step 2: Sauté the Veggies

In the same skillet, add olive oil if needed.

Sauté the red and green bell peppers and steamed broccoli until tender and slightly charred. Set aside.

Step 3: Make the Alfredo Sauce

In a saucepan, melt the butter and sauté the garlic until fragrant.

Add the heavy cream and bring to a low simmer.

Stir in the Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning (if using).

Simmer for about 5–7 minutes until the sauce thickens and becomes creamy.

Step 4: Cook the Pasta

Boil the pasta in salted water until al dente.

Drain the pasta and toss it with the Alfredo sauce and sautéed veggies.

Step 5: Assemble

Plate the creamy pasta, top with sliced blackened chicken, and garnish with a sprinkle of fresh Parmesan or parsley.
