Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).

Prepare the Filling:
In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, minced garlic, crumbled feta cheese, and 100g of the grated cheese (reserve the other 100g for topping). Stir until smooth and well-combined.

Roll Out the Puff Pastry:
On a floured surface, roll out the puff pastry into a large rectangle or desired shape. You can cut it into squares, rectangles, or any shape you prefer for easy serving.

Spread the Filling:
Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the surface of the puff pastry, leaving a small border around the edges.

Fold and Seal:
Fold the pastry over to enclose the filling (like a turnover), or roll it up into a log, depending on your desired shape. Seal the edges to prevent the filling from leaking out.

Top with Cheese:
Sprinkle the remaining 100g of grated cheese over the top of the pastry for a cheesy, golden finish.

Bake:
Place the filled puff pastry on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and puffed up.

Serve:
Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy your cheesy, creamy, and crispy puff pastry appetizer!
