Nutella Cream-Filled Crepes: A Sweet Indulgence

Make the Crepe Batter:
In a bowl, whisk together the flour, eggs, milk, and melted butter until smooth. Let the batter sit for about 15 minutes to rest.

Cook the Crepes:
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter or oil. Pour a small amount of batter into the pan, swirling the pan to spread the batter into a thin layer. Cook for about 1-2 minutes, until the edges begin to lift, then flip and cook for another 30 seconds. Repeat with the remaining batter.

Fill the Crepes:
Once the crepes are cooked, spread a generous amount of Nutella in the center of each crepe. You can also add a dollop of whipped cream for extra indulgence.

Serve:
Roll up the crepes and serve warm. You can drizzle some more Nutella or powdered sugar on top for extra sweetness.
