Night Slimming Delight: Cucumber Salad That Works While You Sleep

Slice cucumbers thinly and place them in a bowl with 1 tablespoon of salt. Mix and let sit for 10 minutes to release excess water.

Drain and lightly squeeze the cucumbers to remove moisture.

Add julienned carrots and chopped green onion.

In a small saucepan, heat olive oil. Add sugar, soy sauce, and paprika. Stir until sugar is dissolved.

Pour the warm dressing over the cucumber mixture. Add vinegar and sesame seeds.

Mix everything well. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
