Crispy Parmesan-Coated Chicken Tenders: A Golden, Cheesy Crunch

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) or heat oil in a skillet for shallow frying.

In a shallow bowl, whisk the eggs with milk.

In another bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Dip each chicken tender into the egg mixture, then coat evenly in the breadcrumb-Parmesan mix.

To bake: Place on a parchment-lined baking tray and lightly spray with oil. Bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway.

To fry: Heat a few tablespoons of oil in a skillet. Fry chicken tenders for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.

Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
