Cook pasta: Boil pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Prepare meat mixture: In a large skillet, heat olive oil. Sauté onion, bell pepper, and garlic for 3–4 minutes.
Add meat and tomato: Add ground turkey and cook until browned. Add tomato, salt, pepper, and paprika. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Make cream sauce: Pour in cooking cream, stir, and simmer for another 3–5 minutes until slightly thickened.
Combine: Add cooked pasta and half the cheese to the pan. Stir well to coat.
Bake: Transfer to a greased casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15–20 minutes until golden and bubbling.
Serve: Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
