Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F).
Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into thin slices.
In a large bowl, toss the potato slices with olive oil, salt, pepper, dried basil, and paprika, making sure the slices are evenly coated.
Prepare the Turkey Fillet:
Slice the turkey fillet into bite-sized pieces or thin strips.
Season with a little salt and pepper to taste.
Assemble the Dish:
In a baking dish, layer the seasoned potato slices evenly across the bottom.
Add the turkey fillet pieces on top of the potatoes.
Sprinkle a generous amount of grated cheese over the turkey and potatoes. If you like, you can also add a bit more paprika or basil for extra flavor.
Bake:
Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and golden, and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
