In a bowl, mix the warm water and salt. Gradually add 150 grams of flour and mix to form a dough. Let the dough sit for a few minutes to rest.

Add Cheese and Butter:
Once the dough has rested, add the grated Gouda cheese and melted butter. Mix well, ensuring the cheese and butter are fully incorporated.

Add the Remaining Flour:
Gradually add the remaining 150 grams of flour to the dough, mixing until a smooth and slightly sticky dough forms. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.

Shape the Dough:
Once kneaded, shape the dough into a loaf or desired shape. If you prefer, you can also divide it into small rolls.

Bake:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Place the shaped dough on a greased baking sheet or in a loaf pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.

Cool and Serve:
Allow the cheesy bread to cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm and enjoy the cheesy goodness!
