1 cup warm milk (almond, coconut, or dairy)
½ teaspoon turmeric powder
½ teaspoon cinnamon powder
½ teaspoon ginger powder
1 teaspoon honey (optional)
A pinch of black pepper
How to Make:
Heat the milk in a saucepan over medium heat (do not boil).
Add turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, and black pepper. Stir well.
Let it simmer gently for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in honey if using.
Drink warm and fresh.
