12 Spoons Orange Cake – Soft Italian Delight

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a large bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt until frothy.

Add sugar and whisk until the mixture is light and creamy.

Mix in the oil, orange juice, and orange zest.

Sift in the flour and baking powder, then fold gently to combine.

Pour the batter into a greased and floured 20 cm (8-inch) round cake pan.

Bake for 30–35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Let the cake cool before slicing and serving.
