In a bowl, mix Dijon mustard, honey, hot sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the mixture over them. Turn to coat evenly.
Cover and marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes (or up to 8 hours for deeper flavor).
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked and the sauce slightly thickens.
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
