Ingredients:
For the Chicken:
2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb / 450 g)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and black pepper to taste
For the Tzatziki Dressing:
1 cup Greek yogurt
½ cucumber, finely grated and excess liquid squeezed out
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
