One Cup is All It Takes to Make Peace Lilies Bloom Year-Round

Choose the Right Spot: Place your peace lily in a well-lit area, but avoid direct sunlight as it can scorch the leaves. A spot with bright, indirect light works best.

Watering Technique: Once a week, give your peace lily one generous cup of water. Water it evenly around the base of the plant to ensure the soil is evenly moist. Be careful not to overwater—this can lead to root rot.

Watch for Growth: You may notice your peace lily leaves becoming glossier and brighter, and in the right conditions, blooms should start appearing regularly. Ensure the plant’s soil remains slightly moist but not waterlogged.

Fertilize Lightly: Every month, add a small amount of balanced liquid fertilizer (half-strength) to the water to promote healthy growth and blooms.

Maintain Temperature: Peace lilies prefer a consistent temperature between 65°F to 80°F (18°C to 27°C). Avoid placing them in drafty areas or near heating vents.
