No-Bake Chicken Meat Rolls with Parmesan and Herbs

In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, bread crumbs, Parmesan, egg, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Divide the mixture and shape into small rolls using your hands.

Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

Place the rolls in the skillet and cook for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown and cooked through.

Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
