Add 2 teaspoons of cloves, 5 bay leaves, and 2-4 sprigs of rosemary into a metal container.
Pour 400 ml of water into the container and bring it to a boil over low heat. Stir occasionally until the water turns dark.
Once the solution is ready, strain it through a sieve into a jug and allow it to cool.
Transfer the cooled solution into a small bottle, preferably one used for essential oils, for easy application.
