Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Cook the beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and chopped onion until browned. Drain excess fat. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Let cool slightly.
Assemble the bombs: Flatten each biscuit dough piece into a disk. Place a spoonful of beef and a piece of cheese in the center. Fold the dough around the filling and pinch to seal.
Place seam-side down on the tray. Brush with beaten egg.
Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown.
Make garlic butter: Melt butter, then mix in garlic, parsley, and parmesan.
Brush the hot bombs with garlic-parmesan butter after baking.
