Ingredients:
For the bombs:
500 g (1 lb) ground beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
6 slices cheddar cheese, cut into squares
1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough (8 pieces) or homemade biscuit dough
1 egg (for egg wash)
For garlic parmesan butter:
50 g (ΒΌ cup) unsalted butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (or 1 tsp dried)
3 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
