Flatbread Pizza with Tzatziki Drizzle: A Fusion of Flavours

Preheat oven: Set the oven to 200°C (400°F).

Prepare the flatbread: Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle mozzarella on top.

Add toppings: Layer with cherry tomatoes, red onions, and black olives.

Bake: Place in the oven and bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the edges are golden.

Make tzatziki: In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, grated cucumber, dill, salt, and pepper.

Garnish: Remove pizzas from the oven. Top with diced cucumber and crumbled feta.

Drizzle: Finish by drizzling the tzatziki over the hot pizzas before serving.
