Crispy Spinach Dip Mozzarella Sticks: A Cheesy Party Favorite

Make the spinach dip filling: In a bowl, mix spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.

Prepare the cheese sticks: Slice mozzarella sticks in half lengthwise (optional). Spoon a small amount of spinach dip onto each and sandwich two halves back together. Freeze for 30 minutes.

Coat the sticks: Dredge each frozen stick in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat in breadcrumbs. For extra crispiness, repeat the egg and breadcrumb step.

Freeze again: Freeze coated sticks for at least 30 minutes to prevent melting during frying.

Fry: Heat oil to 175°C (350°F). Fry sticks in batches for 2–3 minutes or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.

Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
