4–5 medium potatoes, peeled and grated

1 large carrot (or 2 small), peeled and grated

200–300 g broccoli florets, finely chopped

2 eggs

4 tablespoons all-purpose flour

2 cloves garlic, minced

Salt and black pepper, to taste

1 teaspoon dried herbs (like oregano or thyme)
