Clove, Ginger, and Lipton Tea – A Golden Trio for Wellness

Bring 1½ cups of water to a boil.

Add the cloves and ginger slices, then simmer for 5 minutes.

Remove from heat, add the Lipton tea bag, and steep for 2–3 minutes.

Strain into a cup.

Add honey or lemon if desired. Drink warm.
