In a saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
Once boiling, add the parsley and grated ginger to the water. Let it simmer for 5-7 minutes.
Add the Turmeric:
After simmering, remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the turmeric powder. Let it steep for another 5 minutes.
Strain and Sweeten:
Strain the mixture into a cup to remove the parsley and ginger bits.
Stir in the honey and apple cider vinegar (if using) to enhance the detoxifying effects.
Serve:
Drink this detoxifying concoction in the morning on an empty stomach for the best results.
