5-Minute Puff Pastry Sausage Rolls: The Perfect Party Starter

Preheat oven to 200°C (392°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Prepare the pastry: Roll out the puff pastry and cut into rectangles large enough to wrap around each sausage.

Add filling: Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce on each piece. Place a sausage on top, sprinkle with shredded cheese, then roll the pastry around it.

Seal and brush: Press edges to seal, place seam-side down on the tray. Brush the tops with beaten egg.

Optional toppings: Sprinkle with sesame seeds or herbs for extra flavor.

Bake: Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and puffed.

Serve warm with dipping sauce if desired.
