Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with foil.

Prepare Meatloaf Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the lean ground beef, Italian breadcrumbs, eggs, diced onion, garlic powder, dried parsley, salt, black pepper, and honey BBQ sauce. Mix everything thoroughly until well combined.

Form the Meatloaf Base: Transfer the meat mixture onto the foil-lined baking sheet. Shape it into a flat rectangle, ensuring it’s even in thickness.

Add the Mac 'N' Cheese Filling: Place the prepared macaroni and cheese along the center of the meatloaf rectangle. Top the macaroni with shredded mozzarella cheese.

Fold and Seal: Carefully fold the edges of the meat over the mac 'n' cheese filling, sealing the edges tightly so the filling doesn't leak out while baking.

Prepare the Topping: In a small bowl, mix together the ketchup, brown sugar, and yellow mustard. Stir until the brown sugar is fully dissolved.

Apply the Topping: Spread the topping mixture evenly over the top of the meatloaf.

Bake: Place the meatloaf in the preheated oven and bake for 55–65 minutes, or until the meatloaf is cooked through and has an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).

Rest and Slice: Once cooked, remove the meatloaf from the oven and let it rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing to allow the juices to redistribute.
