The Ultimate Banana Bread – Super Moist and Delicious

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan with butter or non-stick spray.

In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas using a fork until smooth, leaving a few small chunks if you like more texture in your bread.

Cream the butter and sugar together in a separate bowl until light and fluffy.

Beat the eggs into the butter-sugar mixture, one at a time, making sure they’re fully incorporated before adding the next.

Stir in the mashed bananas, mixing everything together.

In another bowl, combine the flour and baking soda. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, stirring gently until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread it evenly.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 60-65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the bread comes out clean.

Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
