In a medium bowl, combine the crushed pretzels, melted butter, and ½ cup of the peanut butter.
Stir until fully incorporated and crumbly.
Press evenly into a parchment-lined 9x9-inch (23x23 cm) pan to form the base.

Mix the remaining ½ cup peanut butter with the powdered sugar until thick and smooth.
Spread evenly over the pretzel base using a spatula.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt caramel candies with heavy cream in 15-second intervals, stirring between each.
Once smooth, pour over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly.

Pour and spread over the caramel layer to create the final top.
