In a small bowl, combine chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Rub this mix evenly over the sliced steak.
Cook the Steak:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak strips and cook for 4–5 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
Sauté the Vegetables:
In the same skillet, add sliced onion and bell peppers. Sauté for 4–5 minutes until tender and slightly caramelized.
Combine:
Return the steak to the skillet with the vegetables. Add lime juice and toss everything together.
Warm the Tortillas:
Heat tortillas in a dry pan for 1–2 minutes until warm and pliable.
