Spicy Garlic Chicken Linguine in a Velvety Cheese Sauce

Season and sear the chicken: Toss the chicken with Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Heat olive oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

Build the sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté the garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Simmer: Add chicken broth, heavy cream, and undrained diced tomatoes. Stir and bring to a gentle simmer.

Cook pasta: Add linguine to the skillet. Stir, cover, and simmer 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender and sauce thickens.

Add cheese: Stir in mozzarella and Parmesan until melted and creamy.

Combine: Return chicken to the pan and toss until well coated.

Garnish and serve: Top with parsley and red pepper flakes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
