Cook the Pasta:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Cook the Chicken:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Cook the Broccoli:
In the same skillet, add the broccoli florets and cook for about 3-4 minutes until they’re tender but still vibrant green. Remove and set aside with the chicken.
Make the Creamy Sauce:
In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine. Bring to a simmer, and let it cook for 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Combine the Ingredients:
Add the cooked pasta, chicken, and broccoli to the skillet. Toss everything together to coat in the creamy sauce. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
Serve:
Serve the pasta in bowls, garnished with fresh parsley. Enjoy!
