Simple and Tasty Cauliflower Delight for the Whole Family

Break the cauliflower into small florets.

Bring a pot of water to a boil and add a handful of ice cubes.

Drop the cauliflower florets into the boiling water for 2-3 minutes, just to blanch them. Once done, quickly transfer them to a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process.

Cook the Eggs:

Boil the 3 eggs until they are hard-boiled (about 10 minutes). Once cooked, peel and set aside.

Prepare the Tomato and Onion:

Dice the tomatoes and chop the green onions.

Combine and Mix:

In a large mixing bowl, combine the blanched cauliflower, diced tomatoes, and green onions.

Peel and chop the hard-boiled eggs, then add them to the bowl.

Add the sour cream, season with black pepper, dried garlic, and salt to taste.

Gently mix everything together to ensure the ingredients are evenly coated.
