Quick and Healthy Oatmeal Scramble – Better than Pizza!

In a small pot, combine 1 cup of oatmeal with 1 glass of milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the oatmeal absorbs the milk and reaches a creamy consistency (about 3-4 minutes).

Prepare the Scramble:
While the oatmeal is cooking, heat a small amount of oil in a frying pan. Crack the 2 eggs into the pan and cook, stirring constantly, until scrambled and cooked through.

Combine the Oatmeal and Eggs:
Once the oatmeal is ready, add the scrambled eggs to the pot and mix them together gently.

Add Cheese and Season:
Stir in the 100g of cheese and a pinch of salt. Let it melt into the oatmeal and eggs, creating a creamy texture.

Garnish and Serve:
