Pizza-Stuffed Bell Peppers – A Fun, Flavorful Twist on Pizza!

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds. Set aside.

Cook the Bacon and Sausage:
In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside. In the same skillet, cook the Italian sausage until browned. If using, add diced onion and garlic and cook until softened.

Combine Pizza Ingredients:
Add the cooked bacon, pepperoni slices, olives, and pizza sauce to the sausage mixture. Stir to combine and cook for 1-2 minutes until everything is heated through.

Stuff the Peppers:
Stuff each bell pepper with the pizza filling mixture, pressing it down gently. Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish.

Add Cheese and Bake:
Top each stuffed pepper with shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Bake in the oven for 20–25 minutes, or until the peppers are tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serve:
Garnish with fresh basil or parsley (optional) and serve immediately!
