In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, and sugar.
Add the eggs and mix well.
Gradually pour in the milk, stirring continuously to avoid lumps. Keep mixing until the batter is smooth and thin.
Add the melted butter and mix again to combine.
Heat the Pan:
Heat a non-stick skillet or frying pan over medium heat. You can lightly grease the pan with a small amount of butter or oil if necessary.
Cook the Crepes:
Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the center of the hot pan.
Tilt the pan to spread the batter evenly into a thin layer.
Cook for 1-2 minutes, or until the edges begin to lift.
Flip the crepe using a spatula and cook for another 30 seconds to 1 minute, until golden brown.
Serve:
Place the cooked crepes on a plate and stack them. Serve with your choice of fillings and toppings like fresh fruits, syrup, or whipped cream.
