Sauté the vegetables:

Cook the meat:
Add ground beef or turkey to the pan. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through.
Assemble the bowls:
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Divide the cooked mixture into oven-safe bowls. Spoon marinara sauce over the top, then sprinkle generously with mozzarella cheese.
Bake:
Place bowls on a baking tray and bake for 10–12 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Optionally, broil for 1–2 minutes for a golden top.
