Wash the lemons thoroughly and cut them into chunks (keep the peel).
Peel the garlic cloves.
Blend the garlic and lemons together until coarsely mixed.
Pour the mixture into a large pot, add 2 liters of water, and bring it to a gentle boil.
Turn off the heat just before it starts to boil fully. Let it cool.
Strain the mixture and pour into glass bottles. Store in the refrigerator.
