Greek Hot Honey Mustard Chicken Alfredo & Crispy Potatoes

In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, Dijon mustard, hot honey, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.

Add chicken pieces and toss to coat. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Grill chicken bites on a grill pan or outdoor grill over medium-high heat for 3–4 minutes per side until cooked through and slightly charred. Set aside.

2. Prepare the Roasted Potatoes:

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

Toss diced potatoes with olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper.

Spread on a baking sheet in a single layer and roast for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
