Garlic Herb Salmon with Asparagus and Potatoes: A Flavorful, Healthy Dinner

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss baby potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread them on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.

Prepare the salmon:
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, parsley, salt, and pepper. Brush this mixture over the salmon fillets.
