Deep-Fried Strawberry Cheesecake Stuffed Wonton Bites

Heat oil in a deep skillet or pot to 350°F (175°C). Carefully add wontons in small batches and fry for 1–2 minutes per side, or until they are golden brown and crispy. Remove them with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
