Deep-Fried Strawberry Cheesecake Stuffed Wonton Bites

Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Strawberry sauce or raspberry jam

How to Make:
Prepare the Cheesecake Filling:

In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy. Gently fold in the diced strawberries or strawberry preserves until well incorporated.

Assemble the Wonton Bites:

Lay out the wonton wrappers on a clean surface. Place about 1 teaspoon of the cheesecake filling in the center of each wrapper. Lightly brush the edges of the wrapper with the beaten egg to help seal. Fold each wonton into a triangle or pouch shape, pressing the edges firmly to seal and prevent leaking during frying.
