In the Crock Pot, combine the beef stew meat, potatoes, carrots, and onion soup mix. Sprinkle the paprika over the top.
Add Liquids:
Pour in the beef broth, water, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder. Stir gently to mix everything together.
Cook:
Cover the Crock Pot and cook on low for 7–8 hours or on high for 3–4 hours, until the beef is tender and the vegetables are cooked through.
Thicken (Optional):
If you prefer a thicker stew, dissolve the cornstarch in a small amount of water and stir it into the stew 30 minutes before serving. Let it cook for an additional 30 minutes to thicken.
Serve:
Once the stew is cooked and thickened, taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed. Serve hot and enjoy!
