Blend the Peanuts:
Add the roasted peanuts to a food processor or high-speed blender. Process for 1–2 minutes until a thick peanut paste forms.

Add the condensed milk, oil, and vanilla extract. Blend again for another 1–2 minutes until smooth and creamy.
Adjust Texture:
If the jam is too thick, add an extra tablespoon of oil and blend again until your desired consistency is reached.
Transfer and Store:
Spoon the jam into a clean, airtight jar. Let it cool completely before sealing.
