Creamy One-Pot Pepper & Onion Pasta

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

While the pasta is cooking, heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and sauté for 3–4 minutes until softened.

Stir in the garlic and diced red pepper, and cook for another 5–6 minutes until the pepper is tender.

Add the drained pasta to the skillet, drizzle with olive oil, and toss everything together.

Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.

Serve hot, garnished with optional fresh herbs or grated cheese.
