Prepare the Chicken: Cut the chicken breasts into chunks and place them in your slow cooker.

Add the Ingredients: Add all the remaining ingredients to the crockpot—black beans, kidney beans, Rotel diced tomatoes with chilies, corn (drained), and cream cheese (cut into pieces).

Season: Sprinkle in the chili seasoning packets, along with any additional seasonings you like, such as garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir everything to combine.

Cook: Set the crockpot to low and cook for 4 hours.

Shred the Chicken: After 4 hours, remove the chicken and shred it. Add the shredded chicken back into the crockpot and stir everything well.

Continue Cooking: Let it cook on low for another 2 hours to allow all the flavors to meld together.

Serve: Once done, serve your creamy chicken chili with cornbread and sprinkle with shredded cheese on top.
