In a bowl, combine the chopped shrimp, lump crab meat, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, fresh parsley, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Mix everything together until well combined.

Prepare the Salmon Fillets:

Use a sharp knife to create a pocket in the center of each salmon fillet by slicing horizontally. Be careful not to cut all the way through.

Season the salmon fillets with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Stuff the Salmon:

Spoon the seafood stuffing into the pocket of each salmon fillet, pressing gently to ensure it stays in place.

Cook the Stuffed Salmon:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a bit of oil. Once hot, carefully sear the stuffed salmon fillets for 2-3 minutes per side until lightly golden.

Transfer the salmon fillets to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is fully cooked through (internal temperature should be 145°F/63°C).

Serve:

Once done, remove the salmon from the oven and serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side. You can pair it with roasted vegetables or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
