Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.

Prepare the Meat Mixture:
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped onion, red bell pepper, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix everything together until well combined but not overworked.

Shape the Meatloaf:
Transfer the meat mixture to your prepared loaf pan. Press it gently into shape, making sure the top is slightly flattened.

Add the Glaze:
Spread a thin layer of ketchup over the top of the meatloaf. This will give it a sweet and tangy glaze as it cooks.

Bake the Meatloaf:
Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour, or until the meatloaf reaches an internal temperature of 70°C (160°F) and the juices run clear.

Rest and Serve:
Once cooked, remove the meatloaf from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing. This helps it retain its juices.

Enjoy!
Serve your classic meatloaf with mashed potatoes, steamed vegetables, or your favorite side dish.
