Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare the Shrimp: In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, Cajun seasoning, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Coat the Shrimp: Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss until they are well coated in the seasoning mixture.
Arrange in the Foil Tray: Transfer the seasoned shrimp to a large foil tray, spreading them out evenly. Place the lemon slices on top of the shrimp.
Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through. Be careful not to overcook them.
Serve: Remove the tray from the oven and garnish with chopped fresh parsley. Serve immediately, with additional lemon wedges on the side if desired.
