or Active dry yeast: 10g (1 tablespoon)
or Instant dry yeast: 6–7g (1 heaped teaspoon)

Eggs: 2

Butter: 90g (6 level tablespoons), softened

Lukewarm water or milk: approx. 180ml (¾ cup), as needed
